Homeschool Conference....

Here's a plug for the 8th Annual Minnesota Catholic Home Education Conference (trying saying that ten times fast). Our keynote this year will be Kimberly Hahn, and if that's not enough to get you to come, how about a whole fieldhouse of books. It's held at the University of St. Thomas and we usually have about 1,000 people show.

Urgent Prayer Request....

Sorry, this blog has become a litany of prayer intentions lately. Newborn Benedict Richard Berthiaume is in critical condition with meningitis which attacked his brain. Prayers are very much appreciated. BTW the patron saint against meningitis is Saint Padre Pio. Thanks!

Hurray!!!

Thank you all for your prayers!!! Out of 48 projects competing in our category, we got 3rd!!!!!! You have to win 2nd or 1st to get to nationals, but we are the alternate group in case on of the winners can't make it. I recommend History Day to anyone in grades 6-12. It's an awesome learning experience!!! I'll post a picture or two once I get them. Thanks again!!!
